Executive Law Group

AI systems and a team trained to run them.

Executive Law Group is a busy legal practice fielding a constant stream of inbound calls - existing clients, new enquiries, urgent matters, referrals - across the same lines. Calls were slipping to voicemail and follow-ups were slipping by a day, then two.

We built Mia, a 24/7 AI voice receptionist that answers on the first ring, qualifies against the firm's intake criteria, and books straight into the CRM with the right context attached. Underneath it: a full GoHighLevel CRM configuration and three knowledge bases powering both Mia and the website chatbot - one source of truth for the voice, the chat and the team.

Then we trained the firm's own people to run it. Live sessions on prompting, on editing the knowledge bases, on operating the CRM and reading the pipeline. The system stayed theirs, not ours.
